Group classes are wonderful, but they cannot adapt to a frozen shoulder, a slipped disc, a particular sport you play, or the precise hour at which you can show up. Personal sessions can. Each session is built from the ground up for you — your body, your history, your goals — and every single posture is observed and corrected by your teacher in real time.

How is a personal session different from a group class?
A group class follows a pre-set sequence for everyone. A personal session is built for your body — your stiff areas, your strong areas, your specific goals — and adjusted live as you progress.
Can I do personal sessions at my home?
Yes — within Bengaluru and depending on teacher availability. There is a small additional charge for at-home sessions.
How long is each session?
60 minutes typically, but we offer 75 and 90-minute formats for therapeutic and advanced students.
Can two people share a personal session?
Absolutely — couples and parent-child duos are welcome. The fee structure is slightly different.
Will my program change over time?
Yes. We re-evaluate every 4-6 weeks and update the sequence as you progress so you keep growing.
