Aikia yoga classes were a blessing in disguise for me during my pregnancy in the pandemic. Even though I attended online pre-natal yoga sessions, the classes were thoroughly effective. Being pregnant during the pandemic and having to undergo one and half month lockdown without being able to step out would have been mentally stressful for me if not for Namita ma’am’s Yoga classes. Namita ma’am not only covers her yoga classes but also covers per-natal diet sessions. The special labour management classes that she took were of great help for me during my delivery. Namita ma‘am’s classes with her pep talks thoroughly preps your body and mind for the delivery. Namita ma’am also took gave us a insight about baby talk which enable so many of us moms’ to bond with our baby while our baby was in our womb.would personally recommend every mom-to-be to practice yoga during pregnancy.

The best place for Pregnancy yoga. Doctors advised my wife to go for yoga as she was taking tablets especially for High BP. Came to know about Akshar yoga from my friend. Now we are happy with a baby. Special thanks to Namitha madam, who is very friendly, teaches all asanas by paying attention to every individual, thought us good habits during pregnancy. A special touch given by telling mythological stories to pregnancy women for balanced state of mind and for the goodness of baby.
