Its 80% food and 20% of asanas. You can’t be healthy without healthy food. We will guide you with the right satvic meal plan

Meditation techniques

Learn the best technique to perform meditation without boredom or sleepiness

Beginner to advanced level yoga

You will learn the easiest method to perform asanas even if you are a complete beginner or having knee or back injury

Deep Knowledge on Lifestyle & Yoga

Asanas are only a small part of yoga. There’s also abundant knowledge of life given in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, which you will learn.

Answer: Yes absolutely. Even if you are complete beginner and had never tried yoga and satvik lifestyle you can join.

Question: How this webinar is FREE ?

Answer: This class is 100% free. At AIKIA we want to aware more people about the power of our ancient values like yoga and ayurveda. We intentionally kept this program FREE and open for all.

Question: What if I can’t attend 6 am daily ?

Answer: You can attend the evening batch at 7:30 pm.

Question: I have knee and back pain. Can I perform yoga ?

Answer: Yes, we encourage you to join the sessions to get rid of your pain. Please inform the teacher before hand about your condition. For every posture, modifications will be taught so you can practice as per your capability. You will see a huge improvement in your flexibility and pain relief with each passing day.

Question: Do I get the recording of the class ?

Answer: The program is free. We are not charging money from you. What we expect is your undivided attention for 1 hour. If you really want to transform to your best version you should join the class live for 15 days.
